Active + Nourished is our new place to share all things fun, fitness, family and food!

Active includes a focus on kids in sport and active families. Topics of interest in raising children in sport include development, training, competition and funding. For families, we share our unique experiences and offer suggestions for active fun.

Nourished stands for nourishing the active – healthy food and feeding active families. We look at evidence-based research for recommendations on nutrition. From there, our recipes reflect healthier options. We have a particular focus on fueling and promoting recovery for active lifestyles.

You may have known us previously as Mum2Athletes. Mum2Athletes was about all things Sport and Fitness, Health & Wellbeing, with a focus on bringing up active kids.

Our rebrand to Active + Nourished reflects an additional area of focus. This is centred around food and feeding an active family. We will offer information on food for fuel and recovery, and healthy recipes starting with our new FREE ebook.
